this installs a separate minecraft installation in the folder this is in and installs mods that the server uses onto it
(yes the program looks terrible that doesn't always mean its a virus made by some 21 year old indian man in his basement thats giong to wipe your drive)
as of this news post being written the program is still in development and the code already sucks
